Orders are usually shipped via USPS mail or Fedex with delivery confirmation. During the holiday season we often shipping by UPS to provide more predictable delivery information and to ensure that your order gets there on time.
We normally ship all orders the same or next business day. Most orders, within the contiguous 48 states, take 2-4 business days to reach their destination, depending on the routes. Orders placed after noon (Pacific time) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday.
We ship from Southern California, so orders being sent within California often arrive in 3-4 days and it is mostly unnecessary to use 2nd Day Air Shipping since Standard Shipping using USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground is just as fast.
Delivery schedule is determined from the date of shipping, not from the date of order.

For security purposes and to protect your purchase, all orders are shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your package upon delivery. If no one is available when delivery is attempted, the driver will post a  door tag indicating date of the next delivery attempt. You may also contact them at the telephone number provided on the door tag to reschedule delivery to another address or specify that you wish pick up your package a shipper station.

Returns and Refunds
How to make a return:

In order to return a product:

• Phone Fashion by Sara customer service at 818-222-8228, email us at sshai500@aol.com, or fax us at 818-222-7527
• Please provide us with the original order number and let us know what you are returning.
  Please request a Return Authorization number within 7 days of your receipt of the item. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization number.
• Returns must be postmarked and mailed back to us within 7 days of your receiving a Return Authorization.
• We will mail you a refund check to your billing address once we have received the product in unworn and good condition. We can also offer you an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund the original purchase price. If the product is damaged in any way, tags removed or returned late, restocking fees of $15 will apply, and merchandise credit only will be issued. After 14 days, Return Authorizations are canceled and returns will be refused.
